Bullet-ridden bodies of Jaglal Sahu and Satyendra Tiwari were recovered from forest in Balumath area, the police said here.
Sahu, who was principal of Raikera Middle School, and his co-worker Tiwari were abducted while they were returning home from the school, they said.
A day later, the unknown abductor had called up the principal's residence and demanded Rs 25 lakh as ransom to free them.
Meanwhile agitated over the incident, school teachers put up road blockade on Gumla-Ranchi road in protest against the killing and demanded arrest of the culprits.
