Absconder arrested after 8 years

Jammu and Kashmir Police here today arrested a man who was involved in a criminal case in 2009 and has been on the run since, an official said.
Zulfikar Ali was involved in a case of wrongful confinement and restraint, a police officer said.
Ali has been produced in the court of law, the officer added.
