"Following the government's digitalisation programme, we see faster growth and are looking at growing by 25-30 per cent in Rs 8,500 crore of customer loyalty market in the country," Accentiv COO M S Ashok told reporters here.
"To garner large share in customer loyalty market in India, we are bringing in a slew of digital platforms tested in the APAC market including SAAS based CRM platform called Fides, Ticketxpress - which is a digital voucher delivery platform to deliver digital coupons and rewards for brands on the mobile and a unique CRM solution for medium and small retailers," Ashok said.
"We are confident that our strategy of robust technology platforms and SoLoMo (Social, Local, Mobile) strategy for clients will enable us to garner a big chunk of the Rs 8,500 crore customer loyalty market in India in the next 3 years," he said.
Accentiv will particularly focus on offering unique solutions to the retailers in the middle and small categories by providing simple, easy to use mobile solutions which will enable these small retailers to engage with their customers in a cost effective way. We intend to leverage synergy with our parent company, Edenred's affiliate network to penetrate this space, Ashok said.
Edenred a world leader in B2B prepaid services has entered the Indian market in 1997 with meal vouchers and cards, gift vouchers and rewards & loyalty solutions; and has become a major player providing services to corporate clients and public institutions.
