Jayantibhai Makwana (50) and his son Vinod (24) were today killed by Jitesh Koli and eight others, police said.
According to police, Vinod had a business-related dispute with Jitesh, and they had a scuffle a couple of days ago, following which Vinod was arrested.
Jitesh and his relatives, including two women, today attacked Vinod with a sharp-edged weapon when Vinod was being taken to Mamlatdar office by police for bail.
Vinod and Jayantibhai were killed on the spot while Vinod's brother Hardik sustained severe injuries and was taken to local hospital, police said.
