The actress filed a compliant in this connection at Juhu Police Station on late Monday night.
About 14 transactions, amounting to over Rs 6 lakh were made through the actress's credit card in the US, an official at the Juhu Police Station said.
Fakhri was in Mumbai when the incident happened.
The official said the card was used to withdraw money and not for other purposes like shopping.
Details from the concerned bank regarding the fraudulent transactions is awaited, the official added.
