The movie marks the pair's third comedy collaboration after '50 First Dates' and 'The Wedding Singer', reported Ace Showbiz.
Sandler and Barrymore play two single parents, Jim and Lauren, who vow never to speak again after a disastrous first date.
Going their separate ways, the duo are horrified to find that they have both booked the same holiday to Africa and must integrate their two families in order to get along.
Wendi McLendon-Covey, Kevin Nealon, Bella Thorne and Joel McHale will also feature in the movie.
'Blended' will hit theatres on May 23.
