Advani had yesterday made a veiled attack on BJP president Nitin Gadkari and called for "introspection" within the party over its current state of affairs.
When asked for a comment on Advani's remarks, Jha told reporters: "Advani is our supreme (`Sarvshreshtha')leader...We must follow his diktats. He is our guide....He has lot of affection for Gadkariji."
People of the country had great expectations from BJP, he added.
About today's editorial in the BJP mouthpiece `Kamal Sandesh', which expressed dismay about "happenings" in BJP-ruled Gujarat, Karnatak and Rajasthan, Jha said, the editorial was very simple and concentrated on strengthening the organisation at the grass root level.
