On the first day of his visit, Shah will address a public meeting in Bahraich, BJP spokesman Manish Shukla said.
He will also address a meeting in Balrampur and lay foundation stone of party's office 'Atal Bhawan', Shukla said.
On February 25, he will inaugurate the new building at the party office.
