"Amitabh Bachchan has been my style icon since my childhood. Even now he is the best and you can't steal away the limelight from him," Kapoor told PTI in an interview.
The "Yeh Jaawani Hai Deewani", who walked the ramp for designer Kunal Rawal at the Lakme Fashion Week Winter/ Festive 2016, says his grandmother Krishna Raj Kapoor is the "most stylish woman" around for him.
When it comes to personal style, Kapoor says he does not identify with the tag of fashion icon.
"I am someone, who is always seen in a pair of jeans, t-shirt, cap and sneakers, I don't understand why someone will follow my style. I don't read fashion blogs and all this is not important to me," he said.
Bandi, jackets, modern versions of sherwanis, short pathani kurtas were a part of the collection.
