The agreement was signed on behalf of the Centre for Promotion of Science, AMU, by Group Captain (Retired) Shahrukh Shashad, Registrar of the varsity and Dr Fatima Shujatullah, the Director of the department.
Senior Scientist Dr Sandeep Barua was the signatory on behalf of the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.
A senior AMU official said that this project will help in promoting scientific awareness among Urdu speaking masses and also promote scientific education in this section.
