Cyril D'souza, an assistant manager with NSE, jumped from from his office at Kohinoor Tower in suburban Kurla last evening, they said.
According to prima facie, health problems seemed to be the reason for the extreme step, police said.
D'souza suffered severe head injuries and was declared dead at Rajawadi Hospital.
No suicide note was found, a police official said.
