The upcoming action project being produced by "Taken" helmer Pierre Morel and Christopher Tuffin centres on two car thieves, one of whom will be played by 29-year-old Eastwood, said The Hollywood Reporter.
The story will follow their journey to the south of France for new opportunities and wind up in the crosshairs of the local crime boss.
Penned by Michael Brandt and Derek Haas the film will be directed by Antonio Negret, who helmed the Jim Caviezel action movie "Transit".
The filming of the project is expected to start in late November.
