The 56-year-old actor, who recently joined micro-blogging site Twitter, shared the photo on his account page.
"First look of '24 India'! The teaser looks great. Can't wait to show it to you guys," Kapoor posted.
The 'Slumdog Millionaire' actor was part of the eighth season of US version of the action series.
The Indian version of the show is written by Rensil D'Silva and directed by Abhinay Deo. Besides Kapoor, the show will also star Mandira Bedi, Tisca Chopra. Actor Anupam Kher will do a cameo-as a Research and Analysis Wing officer-in the series.
