Friel, who has an eight-year-old daughter, Gracie, from her relationship with David Thewlis, said she would love to expand her family, reported Femalefirst online.
"I would one day eventually love another child if I am blessed that way. I hope I will be."
The 37-year-old beauty also opened up on the possibility of having cosmetic surgery in the future as she wants to feel as good on the outside as she does on the inside.
"As you get older you start thinking, 'I feel better on the inside so why does everything else have to happen the other way round?!'
