This is second such company to have shifted from SME platform to main bourse, BSE said in a statement.
"Anshu's Clothing Ltd shifts from BSE SME Platform to the main BSE Bourse," the exchange said, adding that the company had fulfilled all the eligible criteria for the same.
According to BSE, the company, has successfully met with criteria of completing the two years on the BSE SME bourse and that its post issue paid capital is more than Rs 10 crore, among others.
The company, which is the business of designing, trading, job contract manufacturing, branding and selling of ready-made apparels, was listed on the BSE SME Platform in October, 2012.
BSE has a dedicated platform for trading in equities of SMEs to help them raise funds for growth and expansion in a cost effective manner.
