Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu moved a resolution in the Assembly hailing the makers, actors and technicians of both the films.
"'Baahubali' enhanced the glory of Telugu films internationally. Directors S S Rajamouli ('Baahubali') and Krish ('Kanche') proved that Telugus are second to none in making high quality films with great technical values," Naidu said.
Speaker Kodela Sivaprasada Rao wished many more such films would be made in future that would enhance the glory of the Telugus.
