Das held discussions with DGP B Prasada Rao and other top police officials, including DGP (Greyhounds-Octopus) J V Ramudu, Intelligence Additional DGP Mahender Reddy, CID Additional DGP T Krishna Prasad among others on the division of different wings of the department and police personnel, besides assets between Telangana and the residuary Andhra Pradesh state.
Telangana will officially become 29th state on June 2.
At the review meeting held at DGP office here, Das also discussed the implications of division and also heard opinions of senior police officials.
