Vidyut, 33, who was all set for a fiery act for the 20th annual Screen Awards, will no longer be able to be a part of the mega awards function as he was injured during the rehearsals.
"Vidyut while rehearsing hurt his leg and toes and had to be rushed to hospital immediately. We were hopeful of his performance. However, his health did not permit him to perform. As a last minute replacement we approached Arjun Kapoor and Rajbir Singh from the show 'The Adventures of Hatim'," a source said.
