Rajesh Tacho, Wanglin Lowangdong and Thangwang Wangham were inducted to the council of ministers and Governor Lt Gen (Retd) Nirbhay Sharma administered oath and secrecy of office to them at a ceremony in the Darbar Hall of Rajbhawan here.
Tuki, his cabinet colleagues, MLAs and senior civil and police officials were present at the function held on Wednesday, official sources said.
Tuki also dropped Health and Family Welfare Minister Kalikho Pul from the cabinet.
While Tacho was alloted the portfolio of Health and Family Welfare, Lowangdong got Women and Child Development, Social Justice and Employment, Parliamentary Affairs and the Department of Tirap, Changlang and Londing, sources said.
Thangwang Wangham was allocated Civil Aviation, Science and Technology besides Supply and Transport.

This is the second expansion of the ten-month-old Nabam Tuki government since May this year when nine ministers were inducted, including Takam Pario.
