Following a complaint, vigilance sleuths of Cuttack division laid a trap and caught assistant engineer Managobinda Sena while taking the bribe money of Rs 10,000 from the complainant yesterday, a vigilance release said today.
The bribe money has been recovered from the possession of Sena and seized in presence of witnesses, it said.
Meanwhile, his residential house in Bhubaneswar is under search, it added.
