At 4.1 deg C Agra coldest place in UP

Agra was the coldest place in Uttar Pradesh recording the minimum temperature of 4.1 deg Celcius Friday morning.

A MeT department spokesperson said night temperature was below normal in Gorakhpur division while at other places it was more or less normal.

Dense fog occurred at isolated places over the state.

The weatherman forecast that rain or thunder showers were very likely at a few places in western Uttar Pradesh and at isolated places in eastern UP tomorrow.

Hail storm is also very likely at isolated places in western UP Saturday, added.
