Gupta, also the president of Delhi Abhibhavak Mahasangh, claimed that the guardians of school children were awaiting the fee refund since an order by the Delhi High Court concerning the matter came in 2011.
"The High Court had directed the schools to refund excess fee in 2011. But most of these schools failed to do so and the Kejriwal government has not taken any action despite being in power for two years," he said.
"Arrears of Rs 350 crore is payable by 531 schools to the concerned parents. Out of the 531 schools, 53 schools have claimed to have refund the fee, while 40 schools have that they have returned partial fee," he claimed.
