Aurionpro concludes sale of IAM business to KPMG for Rs 217 cr

Aurionpro Solutions today said it has concluded sale of its identity and access management (IAM) business to KPMG LLP, USA for about Rs 217 crore.
On January 3, Cyberinc, an Aurionpro subsidiary, entered into a definitive agreement with KPMG LLP, USA for sale of its identity and access management (IAM) business.
The company claimed that Cyberinc is the largest independent IAM technology provider in the world with a global team of 190-persons, having presence in the US, India, Australia and the UK.
Cyberinc IAM business contributed to about Rs 172 crore in global revenues during the financial year 2016-17 and India revenues stood at Rs 90 crore, the statement added. ****************** Royal Orchid Hotels Q3 PAT flat at Rs 4.22 crore *
Royal Orchid Hotels, hotel chain operating 5 and 4 star hotels, today reported 1.19 per cent growth in profit after tax (PAT) during the December quarter, at Rs 4.22 crore compared to the same period last year.
The company's PAT stood at Rs 4.17 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Revenue from operations of grew by 26.39 per cent to Rs 28.40 crore compared to Rs 22.47 crore in the sa,e quarter last yaer.
"We are benefiting from the asset light model. For the third quarter of this fiscal year we added two new properties, taking our total count to 49 hotels. Going forward we plan to rapidly expand through management contracts and enhance our presence across destinations in India," company managing director Chender Baljee said. *********** Int Tractors posts domestic sales of 6,039 units in Jan *
International Tractors Limited (ITL), makers of Sonalika tractors today said it has recorded domestic sales of 6,039 units in the month of January as against 4,172 units same period last year, registering 45 per cent growth.
The export volume for the month stood at 735 units. ITL manufactures heavy duty tractor range, from 20HP to 120HP. Today, Sonalika ITL stands as third largest tractor maker in India.
