The awards will be presented on November 20 at Prabodhankar Thackeray theatre in suburban Borivali.
State cultural minister Vinod Tawde today announced the selection of awardees.
Parsekar has worked as a scenographer for Marathi theatre. He will be felicitated with the Natvarya Prabhakar Panshikar Rangbhumi lifetime award.
Gogate will be honoured with the Sangeetacharya Annasaheb Kirloskar Sangeet Rangbhumi lifetime achievement award.
Both the artistes will receive Rs five lakh cash each, a citation and a memento, as part of the award.
Gogate learnt her early lessons in classical music and performance from Pt Krushnarao Chonkar and B R Devdhar and later worked in some musical plays, including Sanskrit plays as well.
