The 54-year-old singer revealed the news to his long-time associate and friend Toni Braxton during an interview, reported Contactmusic.
When Braxton asked Babyface, "Would you ever consider getting married again," he replied, "I've already considered it. I am engaged, so yes."
Babyface got separated from his wife Tracey, the mother of his two sons in 2005.
