Chinese take away driver Stan Worby, 39, will appear in court later this month along with Daniel Frayne, the man he delivered into the hands of the law dressed as the Caped Crusader.
The two men were arrested when police stopped a vehicle containing suspected stolen property shortly on Sunday in the Delph Hill area of Bradford,, The Independent reported.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said, "Two men, one aged 39 and one aged 26, are due before Bradford Magistrates' Court on April 26 charged with burglary."
"I got some strange looks when I got to the cop station... One policeman looked at me and just laughed. I said to the policeman, 'I deserve a medal, I'm a caped crusader'," he had said at the time.
CCTV images of the unusual handover were released by police and immediately became a media sensation. "I'm no superhero. I eat kebabs. I never run anywhere," he had said.
