The Spanish ISL winning coach, whose contract was renewed for the upcoming season, checked in this morning and without wasting anytime he called on the Indian football icon, who has a in-depth knowledge about the domestic players.
"It was a wonderful discussion between the duo. Habas spoke to Bhutia at length and sought to know about the profiles of various domestic players," a top ATK official told PTI.
The head coach will have a formal interaction with the team owners -- Sanjiv Goenka, Harshavardhan Neotia, Utsav Parekh and Sourav Ganguly -- tomorrow before addressing the media.
Habas will return to Mumbai after the players draft and would join the team for a pre-season camp which is yet to be announced.
