BharatBenz Financial extends online service to CV customers

BharatBenz Financial, a subsidiary of Daimler Financial Services, has launched an online self service portal for its users as part of extending its offering to commercial vehicle customers.
BharatBenz Customer Online System was earlier offering the service to Mercedes Benz passenger car customers in the country, a company statement said.
Allowing commercial vehicle customers to access their respective account information at the click of a mouse through the portal, the company said the online system also shortens the response time to customer queries.
"Our financing partner BharatBenz Financial has enabled both customers and us to mutually benefit," Daimler India Commercial Vehicles, Vice-President (Domestic Sales and Product Management), Sreeram Venkateswaran said.

The market penetration has been strong with BharatBenz Financial, thanks to tailored service offerings, he said in the statement.
