As soon as the House sat for the day, Leader of Opposition Nand Kishore Yadav drew the Speaker's attention towards adjournment notices given by four BJP MLAs and demanded to take it before deliberating on other agendas.
Soon, BJP Legislators entered into the well and shouted anti-government slogans.
Ruling JD(U) MLAs were also seen shouting at BJP opponents over denial of special category status to the state by BJP-led NDA government at the Centre.
High drama was witnessed at the entrance of the Assembly before the proceedings started with members of both BJP and secular alliance staging protest on divergent issues and raising slogans against each other.
A group of young JD(U) MLAs staged a street play outside the premises mocking at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for not fulfilling poll promises on black money and special category status.
JD(U) MLA Manjit Singh wearing a black suit mimicked as PM and said "I am Feku and had just made some promises on distribution of Rs 15-20 lakh to citizens from black money brought back to country and also on providing special category status to Bihar."
At the entrance gate, BJP MLAs were seen shouting slogans against Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
After the House was adjourned, Leader of Opposition Nand Kishore Yadav told reporters that the government has become "insensitive" towards the demand of employees agitating on different issues relating to their job.
He alleged that the Chief Minister has turned as "deaf ear" towards these agitating employees as many of them had staged protest against the CM in the past.
