The BJP has called a meeting of all its chief ministers and deputy chief ministers on Monday to take stock of development and social welfare work being done in their states.
The meeting is likely to be chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Besides party President Amit Shah, a few senior cabinet ministers will also be present, BJP sources said.
All 13 chief ministers of BJP-ruled states and six deputy ministers are scheduled to attend the meeting, they added.
This will be Modi's third meeting with the chief ministers after the BJP swept to power in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, but the first such exercise since the party formed a government in Bihar by joining hands with the JD(U).
The chief ministers are likely give presentations of schemes and models undertaken by their respective governments at the meet.
They are also expected to brief the leaders about the implementation of the Centre's flagship schemes in the states.
The BJP-ruled states include Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh, and among the alliances are Bihar and Jammu and Kashmir.
