"We have a majority in the state assembly, (but) we have not thought about it. May be after the court is done with the case," party General Secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya told reporters.
He was asked if the party will make a move for government formation. Vijayavargiya has been handling the party's affairs in the state during the recent political upheaval.
What has brought about some urgency in the party over the state's affairs is that the government will have to seek parliamentary ratification for the President's Rule in the session starting from next week.
Asked about it, Vijayvargiya said there are still many days to go, suggesting that the party will weigh its options after the High Court, which is hearing the matter, passes its order.
