Bombay Dyeing buys additional 4.32 pc stake in Archway

Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Ltd (BDMC)
today said it has bought
4.32 per cent
share of Archway Investment Company for about Rs 13 crore.
Following the deal, Archway Investment Company has now become the wholly-owned subsidiary of BDMC.
BDMC, in a BSE filing said that it has "acquired 4.32 per cent of equity share capital (2,24,400 equity shares) of Archway Investment Company from minority shareholders".
BDMC was already holding 95.68 per cent of equity share capital of Archway.
