BSP MLA Kushwaha's judicial custody extended till Apr 13

A local court today extended the judicial custody of BSP MLA B L Kushwaha up to April 13 in connection with the murder of one Naresh in 2012.
Since the prosecution could not produce evidence in the court, Additional District and Session Judge Satish Chand Kaushik extended Kushwaha's judicial custody till April 13.
In absence of evidences which were to be produced by the prosecution, the court adjourned the case till April 13, according to defence lawyer Ramkumar Sharma.
Kushwaha was arrested by the state CID-CB for alleged murder of Naresh in December 2012 at Dholpur after he surrendered on October 13, 2014.

The charges were framed against him under section 302 and 120B of IPC for alleged murder.
