Bus, auto damaged in country-bomb attack in TN

Two vehicles, including a state-owned transport corporation bus, were damaged when a country-bomb hurled at a car by miscreants missed the target and hit them near here today, police said.
Nobody was injured in the incident, they said.
Two persons riding a bike followed the car and attempted to attack it with the country bomb, but it missed the target and hit the bus and an autorickshaw at Penampattu junction.
The two vehicles were damaged in the attack.
District Superintendent of Police K S Narendran Nair held an on-the-spot inquiry about the incident.
Police said they were investigating into the motive for the attack.
