After his arrival to the village, located around 100 kms away from here, the Chief Minister interacted with the villagers, and inquired about their demands and problems, an official said.
The village is 100-years-old and was earlier called as Kediama. Singh had resettled the villagers in 2006 after which it was renamed as Ramanpur. There are 46 families residing in the village with a population of 250 persons, he added.
He met beneficiaries of the 'Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana' in the village, said the official.
During his visit, Singh asked the officials concerned to construct road worth Rs 1.44 crore in the area, he added.
In the first phase of the campaign, camps would be organised in 11,000 gram panchayats and 168 civic body wards across the state.
In the camp, officials would receive the complaint from the people in the prescribed format, the official said.
In the second phase from March 1 to April 2, necessary action would be taken oncomplaintsreceived from the people.
They would talk to the villagers and the complainants to get first-hand information about the redressal of grievances, said the official.
