Canara HSBC OBC Life, Dhanlaxmi Bank enter into banca alliance

Private life insurer Canara HSBC Oriental Bank of Commerce Life today said it has entered into a bancassurance alliance with Dhanlaxmi Bank.
With this partnership, all the life insurance products of Canara HSBC OBC Life would be available to customers of Dhanlaxmi Bank, the private insurer said in a release.
"We are a pure bancassurance company and our alliance with Dhanlaxmi Bank give us an opportunity to further expand and grow this channel. We continue to focus on meeting customer needs first and ensure that the life insurance solutions are made available to all segments of the population," Canara HSBC OBC Life Chief Executive Officer Anuj Mathur said.

Himalaya launches total care baby pants
Herbal wellness major Himalaya Drug Company today said it has launched Himalaya Total Care baby pants.
"The Indian diaper market is growing at a rate of 20 per cent CAGR over the past few years. Pant style diapers are becoming popular as a large segment of Indian parents are looking for convenient diaper solutions. While we already have launched regular diapers, Total Care baby pants offer different comfort options that cater to the necessities of baby," Himalaya BabyCare General Manager N V Chakravarthi said in a statement.
Initially, the company will be targeting all the key metros.
