Amid profit booking by speculators at existing levels and subdued demand in the spot market, cardamom prices fell by 0.88% to Rs 1,110 per kg in futures trade today.

Further, adequate stocks position in the physical market on increased supplies from producing belts put pressure on cardamom prices.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange, cardamom for delivery in February month declined by Rs 9.90, or 0.88% to Rs 1,110 per kg in business turnover of 2 lots.
