A case has been registered against a retired high court judge, his wife and son on a complaint by his daughter-in-law of cruelty towards her, police said Saturday.
The case has been registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code (husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty) and dowry prohibition act, they said.
