CBI sources said SHO at Janakpuri police station Kehar Singh and Ashutosh Singh who allegedly conned people by posing as a Joint Secretary were nabbed today.
It is alleged Ashutosh Singh was seeking help of the SHO to get away with the charge of being an imposter for which they were negotiating on bribe money, the sources said.
They were arrested with bribe amount of Rs three lakh, the sources claimed, adding that a beacon car was also recovered from Ashutosh.
The sources said searches are continuing.
