Chandrababu, Aditya Thackeray to speak at leadership summit

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, Shiv Sena's youth leader Aditya Thackeray, cartoonist Aseem Trivedi and author Chetan Bhagat are among the speakers who will participate at a leadership summit here on September 18.
While Naidu will dwell upon 'The making of Andhra Pradesh as a global city', Thackeray talk on 'Empowering Indian youth in nation-building'.
Trivedi will share his views on 'Cartooning and Activism' and Bhagat is to participate in a discussion, 'Men and Women are equal', according to a release here for the 6th edition of India Leadership Conclave 2015 and Business Leadership Awards.
The event this year will discuss India's missed opportunities, emerging economic revolution and reforms, the release said.
"India Leadership Conclave attempts to break the standard set of rules and regulations to give space to emerging talents, creative genius and promote women's empowerment," said Satya Brahma, founder chairman of the India Leadership Conclave.
Eminent personalities like industrialists Ratan Tata, Mukesh Ambani, Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw and Narayana Murthy, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, actress Priyanka Chopra and the late Rajiv Gandhi are among the past honorees of the India Leadership Conclave.
The nominees for business leadership awards this year include Adani Group chairman Gautam Adani and Flipkart founders Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal.
In the businesswomen's category, the nominees include Godrej Consumer Products Ltd executive director Nisaba Adi Godrej, Apollo Hospitals Group joint managing director Sangita Reddy and Welspun Global Brands Ltd managing director Dipali Goenka, the release said.
The other award categories include 'Company of the Year', 'Innovative Woman CEO of the Year', 'Dynamic Entrepreneur of the year', 'India's Most Promising & Admired Infrastructure Company', 'Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year' and 'India's Most Promising & Emerging face in Cinema (Male and Female)'.
