The national capital-based company will sell floors in a price range of Rs 14-18 lakh in the 40 acre project 'CHD Green Park Residences'.
In a regulatory filing, the company said it would invest about Rs 90 crore in first phase of the project comprising 726 independent floors.
This project, part of its 200 acre township 'CHD City, Karnal', will be developed under Haryana government's Deendayal Jan Awas Yojna. Benefits of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana are also applicable in this project.
Besides Karnal, the company has projects in Gurgaon.
