The two-year-old daughter of Chelsea Clinton is the new activist in the town.
Charlotte Clinton Mezvinsky, for the first time joined her mother Chelsea, the daughter of former President Bill Clinton, to attend the 'I am a Muslim too' rally at the iconic Times Square in New York City on Sunday, The Hill reported.
The rally was to show solidarity with the Muslim community and protest against US President Donald Trump's immigration policies.
The 36-year-old, mother-of-two, headed to the protest with her eldest child Charlotte and husband, Marc Mezvinsky.
Chelsea took to Twitter to share the experience.
"Thank you to all who organised #IAmMuslimToo today - Charlotte's 1st protest rally. #NoBanNoWallNoRaids," alongside an image from the march which shows the couple standing behind a sign of a woman wearing a hijab made out of an American flag.
The 'I am a Muslim Too' solidarity rally drew several thousand people who raised slogans and held banners of 'Love Trumps Hate' and 'USA, USA' and 'No Muslim Ban'.
The event featured speakers including New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio; American entrepreneur and author Russell Simmons, a former friend of Trump; actress Susan Sarandon; and several prominent activists.
"We are here today to show middle America our beautiful signs and, through our beautiful actions and intention, that they have been misled," Simmons told the crowd.
De Blasio said America was founded by people who were fleeing religious persecution and was founded to respect all faiths and all beliefs.
The rally comes after Trump signed an executive order temporarily barring travellers from the seven Muslim-majority countries from entering the US.
The order also puts a temporary halt on the acceptance of refugees and an indefinite ban on Syrian refugees. A federal judge issued a nationwide restraining order on the executive order while a lawsuit proceeds.
