Chris Brown files documents to establish paternity of daughter
Brown, 26, who is the father of Royalty, filed legal documents in Houston so that he can take Guzman to court regarding custody and child support for their 12-month-old, reported Us magazine.
Guzman is allegedly demanding USD 15,000 a month while Brown has been paying her USD 2,500 a month.
Brown also claims that Guzman has been denying him legal rights to see his daughter.
The rapper and longtime on-and-off girlfriend Karrueche Tran split this past March after Tran learned he had fathered Royalty while they were still together.
