CII inks pact with Brazil firm ahead of 2016 Rio Olympics

Industry body CII today said it has entered into a pact with Brazil's Arena Solutions to organise an event 'Casa da India-Rio 2016' to bring together industry stakeholders from key sectors and policy-makers at 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
"CII has signed an MOU with Arena Solutions of Brazil to organise Casa da India-Rio 2016, a unique platform to bring together industry stakeholders from key sectors, policy-makers and media representatives at the prestigious Rio de Janeiro Olympics to be held in August 2016," the industry body said.

Harshavardhan Neotia takes over as Ficci President * Harshavardhan Neotia has taken over as the President of the industry body Ficci.

"Harshavardhan Neotia took over as the President of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) at the conclusion of the Chamber's 88th Annual General Meeting here today," Ficci said in a statement.
Neotia is the Chairman of Ambuja Neotia Group. Operating through several companies, the Ambuja Neotia Group covers the entire spectrum of the real estate industry, including housing, hospitality, health care and education.
