City roads being repaired in view of coming monsoon

PWD Minister Raj Kumar Chauhan said his department has started resurfacing of various important roads so that water logging does not take place.

"The work to repair broken roads is going on in full swing," he added.

With waterlogging becoming a regular feature in Delhi during monsoon, Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit last week had directed all agencies concerned to ensure that a similar situation does not recur in the city in the coming season.
