"After Kailash Choudhary another BJP MLA Gyandev today made highly controversial statements. We demand that both MLAs should be arrested.
"A party delegation will meet Governor tomorrow to seek action against them," Pilot told PTI.
Former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, Pilot and other senior leaders from the state will be part of the delegation.
The Congress leader accused top leaders of the ruling party of patronising those making "objectionable" remarks against Rahul Gandhi.
Pilot said that BJP leadership was maintaining a "silence" on such statements, which are repeatedly made by its leaders implying their "tacit approval."
Choudhary, who represents Baytoo constituency in Barmer district, on Wednesday had reportedly called Rahul Gandhi a "traitor and said he should be hanged and shot for siding with anti-national elements in JNU."
Another BJP MLA Ahuja had also reportedly defended the remarks made by his party collegues.
