"The NCP clock symbol indicates that only 10 legislators each of NCP and Congress will be there now," Modi said while addressing a poll rally in Mumbai's northern suburb Borivali tonight.
"This is the final exam of the Congress and NCP. This poll is not about who wins or loses. But this poll will decide the fate of Mumbai and Maharashtra," he said.
"The type of government you got in Maharashtra and the way it looted you, it destroyed two generations. What does Mumbai and Maharashtra want? You must have noticed now what a good government can do," he said.
You may not have anything in your pockets in the last five months, but you know that the country is going in the right direction in these five months, he said.
"I have seen Delhi nicely in these five months. I know which keys are needed and which ones are missing," he said.
If there is no development, there cannot be job creation. If there is no foreign investment there cannot be job creation, he said.
The government has decided to bring in 100 per cent FDI in railways to improve the rail network services, he said.
"In 2022, when India celebrates 75 years of independence, there should not be a single family which does not have a house of its own. This is my dream," he said.
"Be it even your smallest work, I will provide my party activists to you in 24 hours," he said.
"Politicians have blessed goondaism. You have the power to get rid of this goondagiri. For that you just have to press the lotus symbol on October 15. Give Maharashtra a government with full majority. I know what happens when you have a government with full majority," he said.
