"The BJP must be ready to face legal action if any baseless or unfounded charges are levelled against ministers or party leaders in their charge-sheet," he said after inaugurating a government college's administrative block in Paonta Sahib.
Singh said the government would take action against any person found involved in corruption, irrespective of status and stature.
Taking a dig at the BJP for preparing a "charge-sheet" against the government, the Chief Minister said," The party is already facing charges of omission and commission levelled against it in a Congress charge-sheet."
Refuting claims by Shah that the NDA government had sanctioned Rs 75,000 crore-worth of projects to the state, Singh said, "Truth is not a single penny has been received from the Centre and claims of 61 National Highways were given to the state are false."
On investigations into land allotment to the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA), Singh said, "Probe is being carried out on basis of a charge-sheet submitted by the state Congress committee to the President of India in 2012, and cases are still pending in Supreme Court and other courts."
"Thakur has played with the sentiments of the budding players of the state and allowed outsiders to become the member of the association," he said.
In the construction of the big five star hotel by HPCA on a land which it claimed was barren was completed after felling of many trees, Singh claimed.
