"The poll promise of crediting Rs 15 lakh in bank accounts of Indian citizens after retrieving black money has turned out to be fake. That was just a cheating. The Union and state (Gujarat) governments have failed to curb the burgeoning inflation. Corruption has increased incessantly," he said.
His diatribe is in tune with the Congress's strategy to corner the Prime Minister for keeping mum on the controversy that has embroiled two top leaders of the BJP.
While Swaraj, the External Affairs Minister, facilitated securing travel documents for Lalit in UK, Vasundhara Raje, the Rajasthan Chief Minister, reportedly backed his immigration plea.

"...Prime Minister is causing harm to this nation for his personal interest. BJP's real face has been exposed before people," Kamat said.
Kamat also attacked Modi over his foreign tours and for ignoring farmers. "The Prime Minister roams abroad but has no time to visit farmers in any district of the country.
