"If at all there is a pending investigation and if at all the matter is subjudice, the proper place to make those arguments are before the designated agencies or approporiate court of law.
"We invariably refrain from commenting on matters which are under investigation," party spokesperson Manish Tewari told reporters here.

It was in connection with the Vanpic project that Mopidevi was arrested yesterday. He, as the then Minister for Infrastructure, Investment and Ports under Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, was accused of doling out favours to the project promoter.
